Agenda

AI for all of us

A curated gathering of senior executives exploring how AI is reshaping profit and process — through behind-the-scenes demos, real outcomes, and the decisions that turn experiments into business value.

All times Eastern. Program subject to change — the official agenda lives on 1682conference.com.

Day one — Tuesday, October 6

Arrival + welcome reception

The conference is a single full day, so most travelers land the afternoon before. Settle in, then join everyone the night before at the welcome reception.

  1. 5–7 PM

    Welcome reception at Wilder

    2009 Sansom Street, 2nd Floor ↗

The night before the conference, we're taking over the 2nd Floor of Wilder for a welcome reception — open bar and a full food spread, 5 to 7 PM. Come meet the room before the real thing starts in the morning.

  2. Can't make it?

Landing late — or in town Wednesday only?

You're not missing anything required. The reception is optional, and plenty of us are getting in late or arriving the next morning. Registration opens Wednesday at 8 AM at the Barnes Foundation with coffee and breakfast — that's the perfect first stop, and we'll catch you there.
